My name is Guiluiyang Panmei known as Guilui Panmei 
I'm a content creator, community builder and changemaker from Tamenglong, Manipur now based in New Delhi. For 7 years I've been building something that started with nothing but a belief that where you come from should never limit where you're going.
I am the first person from the Rongmei Naga tribe to receive the YouTube Silver Play Button. A milestone that wasn't just personal it was historic for my community. Today I stand with over 134K subscribers and a purpose that grows stronger with every passing year.

WHAT?

I have always believed that quality is not a standard it's a responsibility.
Every piece of content I create, every project I undertake and every vision I pursue is built on one foundation doing it right or not doing it at all. Not for recognition. Not for numbers. But because the people who trust me with their time deserve nothing less than my absolute best.

No professional equipment. No industry connections. No guarantee that anyone would listen. Just a young man from a small district in Northeast India who refused to let his circumstances become his ceiling.
That refusal, that quiet, stubborn belief in something greater is what drives everything I do. I have always believed that one person with a clear purpose and an uncompromising standard can create meaningful change in society. Not just in their own life but in the lives of the people around them.
I didn't build this platform for fame. I built it because I believe deeply in giving back. In development. In creating real, lasting impact for the society that shaped me and the generation I'm part of.
